Pay fixation is an important government service. This calculator is a private, unofficial aid. It is not part of, and is not endorsed by, the Government of Bangladesh, the Finance Division, the Office of the Controller General of Accounts or the iBAS++ system.

1. The calculations follow the text of the Services (Pay and Allowances) Order, 2026 (S.R.O. No. 347-Law/2026), but they may contain transcription errors, misinterpretations of the Order or programming mistakes. As a result this app may give wrong information, show wrong calculations or mislead you.
2. Every figure shown is an estimate. Special cases such as promotion, leave, suspension, deputation, post-retirement leave and higher grades are not covered. Where the Order is silent (for example the special benefit rate, the pensioners' annual increment rate or rounding of fractions) assumptions have been used.
3. The final and legally valid pay fixation is done only online in iBAS++ (www.ibas.finance.gov.bd) and is subject to verification by the accounts office [para 32 of the Order]. Results from this app must not be used as the basis of any official document, claim, arrear bill, pension case or financial decision; always verify against the gazette and with your accounts office or DDO.
4. This app is not legal, financial or professional advice. It is provided “as is” without any warranty. The developer and maintainer accept no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, delay or confusion arising from the use of this app or reliance on any information in it.
5. The pay, pension or other personal details you enter are not stored on the server. Cookies are used only for the language and numeral preference, for your acceptance of these terms and for an anonymous visitor count.
6. If you notice any error, inconsistency or deviation from the Order, please report it to reply2dft@gmail.com so that it can be corrected quickly.
